Supporting and empowering women and girls to be or do anything they want in life is one of my core values. Cath Carm & Ray is built upon a mission of celebrating and honoring the many roles that women navigate in life, recognizing that the journey becomes more fulfilling when supported by a network of fellow women. 

I feel very blessed that in every corner of my life, I am fortunate to know that I have the love and constant encouragement of the women around me. It is something that I want for all women...to be seen, heard, understood and supported. To build each other up and be kind.
 
Most of the jewelry or the accessories that I am sharing hold the name of a woman or girl in my life that has special meaning to me. I am beyond grateful for my tribe and wanted a way to acknowledge them and say thank you for what they have brought to my life.
